Middletown Plaza Adds Planet Fitness to Its Roster
MIddletown, CT – NHG and its partners have recently completed on a 20,000 SF space for Planet Fitness who has signed a long term lease at the plaza. The fitness tenant plans to be open for business by early fall 2022. The tenant is a welcome addition to the plaza that took the former space of WOW Fitness and Town Fair Tire (relocated in the center to a larger space) spaces. Planet Fitness enters a market that is deficient of quality fitness facilities and will mesh well with the strong tenant mix existing at the center.
Other improvements to be completed in the coming months include an efficiency upgrade to the parking lot lighting serving to reduce energy consumption and improve lighting output. The facades will also be painted with modern colors to improve the overall look and appeal of the center.
