600,000 SF Industrial & Office Building Acquired by NHG & its Partner
Windsor, CT — Steven Inglese, principal of the New Haven Group, announced his firm, along with its partner, H&M Realty, acquired 175 Addison Road in Windsor, CT on June 15, 2023. The property includes over 600,000 SF on approximately 78 acres and represented the largest commercial building sale in Connecticut year to date, according to CoStar.
The acquisition marks a significant opportunity to revitalize this building to meet the needs of industrial, flex and office users in the market. The building has significant infrastructure that includes heavy power and redundant power access, robust chilling capacity, conference facilities to accommodate over 200 people, an on site cafeteria and fitness facility. The location is highly accessible, one mile off I-91, ten minutes to BDL and downtown Hartford. The site has additional land for further developed for a separate industrial building as well.
Tenants occupying the site include a major aerospace manufacturing firm along with other engineering and office tenants mostly involved in defense and aerospace related industries. Cushman & Wakefield was the selling agent on the property.
