The 35,000 SF multi tenant office building sold for $6,500,000 to a Westchester, NY based private investment firm. The seller was an affliate of Edgewood Capital. Inglese represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The building had a mix of professional office and medical related tenants and was located near the Super 7 interchange with the Merritt Parkway. The property had undergone a significant renovation under Edgewood.
