Yale Medical Leases Space in Branford
June 2017 — Yale University Dermatology leased 5,400 sf for new office at 322 East Main Street in Branford, CT. Steven Inglese of the New Haven group represented the building ownership. The space was completely renovated for the medical office use on a long term lease basis for the tenant.
322 East Main Street is a 50,000 sf medical office and professional office building off Route 1. All the buildings major systems have been replaced in the past few years and the building has an upgraded lobby and common areas.
Previously, Steve represented this building for sale on behalf of the Canavan Family and sold it to the current ownership, a Fairfield based investment company.
