Steven Inglese of the New Haven Group arranged the sale of the Middletown Plaza in Middletown, CT.  The 150,000 sf retail complex was sold for the first time in 40 years.  The property was occupied by a range of national tenants including Staples, Big Lots, Petco, Comcast, Advance Auto among others.  The new ownership team is undergoing renovations and improvements to the center.   The property is located in a prime location on Route 66 with over 30,000 ADT at two signalized intersections, across from a Home Depot and Price Chopper.
