NHG bought this multi tenant property in 2019 for $2,500,000 when the property was 35% occupied. Over the course of a two year period (one of which was the heart of Covid) we repositioned the property through a strategy to invest in deferred maintenance and redeploy spaces for relevant uses and market vacant spaces that had been vacant for many years. In some cases, spaces were re-positioned for new uses which resulted in bringing the park to 100% occupancy. The property was sold in late 2022 for $6,725,000, which created significant value creation.
