NHG negotiates 9,000 SF Office lease
February 2021–Hamden, CT — Steven Inglese of the New Haven Group negotiated a 9,000 sf lease with national Autism service provider, Inbloom Autism Services. This is the second Connecticut location for Inbloom. The space is located at 2666 State Street in Hamden, a three building mixed use property. Inglese has leased seven spaces in the is complex over the past year that includes over 45,000 sf. The property is a mix of industrial and office users proximate to New Haven on Route 5 and close to the Route 40 connector off I-91.
Inbloom works with autistic children and provides ABA therapy services to families across the New Haven region.
