Build to Suit Complete on New GSB Bank
March 2021– New Haven Group’s principal, Steven Inglese announced the completion of the a build to suit his company performed on a new bank branch for GSB in North Haven, CT. The ground up construction took just under six months to complete. The site was formerly a D’Angelos sandwich shop for the past 25 years. GSB is leasing the bank on a long term net lease.
Located at the corner of Washington Avenue (Route 5) and Blakesley Avenue, the prominent location is one block off I-91 and in the heart of a retail/service district serving the North Haven community. Amazon Fulfilment recently erected a 900,000 sf service center and Quinnipiac University houses its medical school and nursing program down the street.
