Steven K. Inglese, SIOR, Principal

New Haven Group, Inc.

Mr. Inglese is the principal of New Haven Group. Steve entered the real estate industry in 1993, covering the New Haven and Hartford markets. He has been involved in over $700 million in real estate transactions, which including projects involving acquisitions and dispositions, investment and development, leasing and valuation. Steve has also been designated with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry with 2,800 professionals worldwide.

Over the past several years, Steve has been involved in significant transactions throughout Connecticut, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land sales, as well as office and industrial lease transactions. He received the following awards from the New Haven Board of Realtors:

* 2008 "Office Deal of the Year" for his role in a $12.5 million medical office building sale

* 2007 "Top Gun Award" for three office transactions amounting to over $25 million.

* 2006 "Industrial Deal of the Year" for his role in the sale of a $19 million portfolio

* 2005 "1031 Transaction of the Year" for his role in the sale of office/industrial complex

* 2004 "Top Gun Award" for this role in three office transactions totaling $45 million.

Before launching New Haven Group, Mr. Inglese was a leasing and sales advisor for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) from its New Haven, Connecticut office from 2001 through 2004. With CBRE, Steve represented clients in the sales of office and industrial buildings and commercial and residential land, and advised both landlords and tenants in leasing office properties throughout central and southern Connecticut.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Inglese worked with Lexington Partners, a Hartford based development and brokerage firm, from 1996 to 2001. Steve was involved in leasing, acquisitions and disposition, financing, due diligence, and asset management of company-owned real estate.

From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Inglese was employed with a Big Six accounting firm (Arthur Andersen LLP) in its Hartford, Connecticut office. He specialized in valuation and appraisal of commercial real estate and land throughout the United States. He also consulted with financial institutions and corporations on financing, corporate planning, property tax appeal and purchase price allocation.

He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He is married and resides in New Haven, Connecticut, with his family. Steve is also active in the community and is on the Board of Directors at the Clifford Beers Child Guidance Clinic in New Haven.

Robert J. Montesi, Vice President

Mr. Montesi is responsible for representing third party clients in the sale and acquisition of commercial property along the Interstate 91 corridor. Mr. Montesi has been in the real estate industry since 2002 and more recently joined the New Haven Group in 2007.

Recent deals Mr. Montesi has negotiated include a 25,000 s/f commercial building in Berlin, CT, a two building portfolio in Bloomfield and Granby, CT totaling 40,000 s/f and office transactions in Hartford, New Haven and Fairfield Counties.

Prior to joining New Haven Group he spent 14 years in marketing and sales in the broadcast communications industry. He held senior sales and managerial positions with the region's best known broadcasting companies, including Meredith Broadcasting Group (Hartford and Springfield CBS affiliates) and Tribune Broadcasting (Hartford Fox affiliate). One of Rob's primary duties as Director of Marketing and New Media for of WFSB-Channel 3 and CBS 3 Springfield was direct negotiations with the region's private, public and quasi-governmental cable television operators for the redistribution on-air and Internet content. Mr. Montesi managed nontraditional business development, research and the web staff for the two stations, and managed the sales department for CBS 3 Springfield. Additionally, he negotiated commercial real estate leases with major telecom providers for cell-tower space.

Rob's background also includes private real estate investment and property management, which gives him a unique background to blend marketing and sales with core real estate knowledge to help focus marketing and negotiating efforts for New Haven Group clients.

Rob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, with a B.S. degree in Resource Economics. He is married and resides in Simsbury, Connecticut with his wife, Anne. They have three children.
