Steven K. Inglese, SIOR, Principal

New Haven Group, Inc.

Mr. Inglese is the principal of New Haven Group, Inc., a commercial real estate service company located in New Haven, Connecticut. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 1993, participating in brokerage, development and consulting services. He has been involved in nearly $600 million in real estate transactions, which included brokerage and leasing assignments, and investment and development projects. He has earned various awards over the past several years including the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors CID "Top Gun Award" for his investment sales volume in 2007. In 2006 he earned the GNHBR's top industrial transaction award for a $19 million sale of a 550,000 s/f portfolio. In 2004 he again earned the "Top Gun" award for his investment sales volume.

Steve has also earned the SIOR designation. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is an international association of commercial brokers who admit members who obtain a certain level of experience, competency, and ethical standard.

Before creating the New Haven Group, Mr. Inglese was an investment and leasing advisor for CB Richard Ellis from its New Haven, Connecticut office. With CBRE, Steve represented clients in marketing investment properties for sale and advised both landlords and tenants in leasing office and industrial properties in central and southern Connecticut. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Inglese worked for a Hartford based development firm. Steve was involved in acquisitions, financing, leasing, asset management, and dispositions of company owned real estate.

Mr. Inglese began his career at a Big Six accounting and consulting firm in its Hartford, Connecticut office. He specialized in valuation and appraisal of commercial real estate and closely held companies throughout the United States.

He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He is married and resides in New Haven, Connecticut with his wife Ellen.
