New Haven Group Sells Rocky Hill Industrial Portfolio for $2.6 million
Rocky Hill, CT (2011) --The New Haven Group marketed and sold a two building industrial
portfolio located at 97 and 99 Hammer Mill Road in Rocky Hill,
Connecticut. The properties were fully occupied at the time of
sale with four tenants. The portfolio consisted of 54,512 s/f and sold
for $2,600,000 ($48/sf). The going in cap rate was 9.62%. The
buildings were highly functional industrial/flex properties located in
the Rocky Hill Industrial Park.
