Downtown Milford Building Sold by New Haven Group for $2.2 million
Milford, CT - 1 New Haven Avenue, a 25,000 s/f multi story office building sold for $2.2 million in December 2010. The property was marketed by the New Haven Group as a multi family apartment redevelopment opportunity. The site located on the Milford Harbor in downtown Milford included a structured parking facility. Steven Inglese of the New Haven Group represented CW Capital who acted as special servicer to the lender who foreclosed on the property. He procured the buyer, a local apartment developer.
