Farmington Exchange sells for $14.3 million negotiated by New Haven Group

Farmington, CT - (Sept. 2009)  The New Haven Group's Steven Inglese negotiated the sale of a 250,000 s/f mixed use office and retail building located at 270 Farmington Avenue for $14,300,000.  The seller was the New Boston Fund, a Boston based private investment firm, who had owned the property for 10 years.    The multi tenant property was 80% occupied at the time of the sale and the buyer was a private investor based in New York.
