Yale New Haven Hospital Purchased North Haven Office for $9,350,000

North Haven, CT -- (May 2012) - Yale New Haven Hospital purchased 6 Devine Street, North Haven, a 119,000 sf office building from AT&T for $9,350,000 ($78/sf) earlier this month.  The building will be transformed into a medical outpatient clinic and for administrative offices for Yale.
