Mr. Inglese is the principal of New Haven Group, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut. Steve has been in the real estate business since 1993, covering the New Haven and Hartford market places and was involved in over $800 million in real estate transactions in that time. Steve has also been designated with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol, of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry that have admitted 3,000 professionals worldwide. He has been a market leader selling of investment properties including office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial facilities and retail shopping centers.

• 2011 -- "Industrial Deal of the Year" - a 2 building industrial Portfolio consisting of 55,000 sf in Rocky Hill, CT
• 2011 -- "Office Deal of the Year" -- a 26,000 s/f Office in Milford, CT to be redeveloped into Apartments
• 2010 – “Office Deal of the Year” – a $5 million, 50,000 s/f office deal in Woodbridge, CT
• 2009 – “Office Deal of the Year” – a $14.25 million office/retail complex sale (257,000 sf) in Farmington, CT
• 2008 – “Office Deal of the Year” – a $12.50 million medical office building sale (50,000 sf) in Bloomfield, CT

Steve has also represented numerous corporations as a tenant and buyer representative in the market. Assignments included industrial leases, office leases, build to suit deals for industrial buildings and acquisitions of office and industrial buildings. Past clients include national and international companies such as Kellogg’s (food company), Diversified Technology Corporation, Accel International, KVT Koenig, Firestone, Hartford Courant, International Paper among many others. Before creating the New Haven Group, Mr. Inglese was a leasing and sales adviser for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) from its New Haven, Connecticut office from 2001 through 2004.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Inglese worked with Lexington Partners, a Hartford based development and brokerage firm, from 1996 to 2001. He was involved in development, leasing, acquisitions and disposition, financing, due diligence and asset management of company owned real estate throughout Connecticut which ranged from multi-family apartment developments to office and industrial investments and developments.
From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Inglese was employed with a Big Six accounting firm (Arthur Andersen LLP) in its Hartford, Connecticut office. He specialized in valuation and appraisal of commercial real estate throughout the United States. He also consulted with financial institutions and corporations on financing, corporate planning, property tax appeal and purchase price allocation.
He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs with a B.S. degree in Business Administration (Finance and Real Estate). He is married to his wife Ellen and resides in New Haven, Connecticut with his family. Steve is also active in the community and is on the Board of Directors at the Clifford Beers Child Guidance Clinic in New Haven. He is also a member of REFA (Real Estate Finance Association), Greater New Haven Board of Realtors -Commercial Industrial Division (CID).

Mr. Montesi is responsible for representing third party clients in the sale and acquisition of commercial property and provides tenant and buyer representative services. Mr. Montesi has been in the real estate industry since 2002 and more recently joined the New Haven Group in 2007. Rob is located in the firm’s Avon, Connecticut office.
Recent deals Mr. Montesi has negotiated include a 20,000 s/f medical office building in Avon, CT, 25,000 s/f commercial building in Berlin, CT, a two building portfolio in Bloomfield and Granby, CT totaling 40,000 s/f, a 40,000 s/f retail plaza in northern Hartford County and office transactions in Hartford, New Haven and Fairfield Counties.
Prior to joining New Haven Group he spent 14 years in marketing and sales in the broadcast communications industry. He held senior sales and managerial positions with the region's best known broadcasting companies, including Meredith Broadcasting Group (Hartford and Springfield CBS affiliates) and Tribune Broadcasting (Hartford Fox affiliate). One of Rob's primary duties as Director of Marketing and New Media for of WFSB-Channel 3 and CBS 3 Springfield was direct negotiations with the region's private, public and quasi-governmental cable television operators for the redistribution on-air and Internet content. Mr. Montesi managed nontraditional business development, research and the web staff for the two stations, and managed the sales department for CBS 3 Springfield. Additionally, he negotiated commercial real estate leases with major telecom providers for cell-tower space.
Rob's background also includes private real estate investment and property management, which gives him a unique background to blend marketing and sales with core real estate knowledge to help focus marketing and negotiating efforts for New Haven Group clients.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, with a B.S. degree in Resource Economics. He is married and resides in Simsbury, Connecticut with his wife, Anne. They have three children.
